Dandy’s Organic Cafe is a well-kept secret amongst the healthy Sheung Wan set in the know. Chef Vivi Cheung has a coterie of admirers thanks to her fervent commitment to gourmet ‘alkaline cleansing food.’ The menu is packed with vegan and vegetarian dishes that are also gluten-free and low-GI. Ingredients are organic as often as possible and are packed with superfoods like macqui berries and chia seeds. Especially popular are their selection of organic homemade vegan and low-sugar desserts and treats. Open for lunch, dinner and coffee (the dandelion kind if you are keen!), plus takeout is available.
