Within the Sacred Arts Studios, Fivelements offers a diverse array of individual and group sessions that are led by yoga, mindfulness, tea, sound and core conditioning specialists. Customers can pause their worries and busy schedules by participating in daily “bowl tea” ceremonies, which are shared by Fivelements’s own in-house chajin, the Tea Ceremony Queen of Hong Kong herself Resham Daswani. Other workshops such as ikebana and mindful calligraphy are also available here.
