MANA! To Open New 70 Seat Restaurant in Wan Chai’s Starstreet Precinct This July

Hong Kong’s beloved plant-based and eco-friendly eatery, MANA!, is unveiling their third location in Wan Chai next month. The latest addition, dubbed MANA! Starstreet, will be their official flagship store offering the brand’s bespoke “fast slow food” signature menu items. It will also serve as a green community hang-out space to host environmental talks, events, movie screenings and concerts.

Since 2012, MANA! has provided the Hong Kong community with “food that doesn’t cost the earth” and has gained a popular following in both their Central Wellington Street and PoHo Sheung Wan branches. MANA!’s destinations not only serve delicious and nutritious plant-based handmade slow-fast food, but also aspire to be zero-waste and environmentally responsible in their entire operation.

“MANA! has always played a unique role in Hong Kong with its emphasis on solid vibes, holistic atmosphere and cultural community. Finally, with a larger space, we can bring these to the fore of what we offer and allow many more people to enjoy our MANA! vibes,” said Founder Bobsy Gaia.

The third 1,600 square foot flagship located in the Star Street Precinct will be featuring a vibrant menu with options for everyone. In addition to serving the brand’s famous flats and plant-based burgers, MANA! Starstreet will also showcase a build-your-own salad bar and plant-powered V-Coffee bar. If that isn’t exciting enough, visitors can also enjoy Gin and Kombucha (G&K) cocktails and refreshing gluten-free beers at the flagship’s organic booze bar.

Building upon the brand’s commitment to inspire a food revolution, MANA!’s unveiling of their Starstreet hotspot will undoubtedly bring a fresh new experience for visitors, residents and office workers around the Admiralty and Wanchai area. It aligns with their mission to transform the Hong Kong community by offering an informal space that can inspire people to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

The new flagship store will be located at 10 Queen’s Road East opposite Three Pacific Place at the Starstreet Precinct, Wan Chai. Daily opening hours are 8am-10pm. MANA! Starstreet will be starting their soft opening in late July ahead of their official opening in August 2019.
