September 2016 Update: Green Vitamin has permanently closed.
Have you heard of Green Vitamin? If not, then you are seriously missing out. The up and coming health food company is fast becoming Hong Kong’s premier innovator of super living foods. What started out as a one man wheatgrass selling company has now transformed into a wide selection of products.
Green Vitamin pioneered local, organic wheatgrass making it available to shops, restaurant and avid health fanatics across Hong Kong. On top of the fresh boxes, they offer wheatgrass starter kits so you can grown it yourself as well as the uber-convenient frozen wheatgrass shots so you always have a green superfood in your freezer.
Green Vitamin were also the first to jump on the kale bandwagon. They are the only distributor of local, organic curly kale and Tuscan kale with a consistent supply. You can order the kale fresh or you can stock up on frozen kale shots. Same goes for local, organic beetroot- order it fresh or frozen.
What makes Green Queen the happiest though, is that thanks to them meeting at our Made in HK: Local Artisans Pop Up Market, is now in an ongoing collaborative relationship with our favourite health food Chef Shima Shimizu of Sesame Kitchen. Kale Chips

Coconut Domes
