Sav’s Cooking – Indian Vegetarian/Pan Indian
- -Min 4, max 6 pax for 2.4 hours. Price depends on whether they are vegetarian or not. Everyone gets a bag of ingredients and the recipes for the dishes that were taught.
- –Sav’s Cooking makes use of organic ingredients whenever possible. She also has a Helpers Series: 4 session of 4.5 hours each at HKD 3, 700.

Lantau Mama – Raw Vegan Green Smoothie/ Raw Chocolate/ Kefir Making
- -Min 5 pax, HKD 300 for green smoothie class, HKD 500 for raw chocolate & kefir. 1 to 2 hours long; helpers welcome.
- -In the kefir class, water, non-dairy and dairy kefir options are all covered. Plus, you get to keep the grains.
- -Classes held based on demand, private group sessions can be arranged.

Thrive Foods – Fermented Foods (Currently On Hiatus)
- -All manner of fermented foods are covered including kimchi, cultured raw crackers & hummus, kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut. Thrive Foods uses organic ingredients where possible.
- -Min 6 pax, HKD 300 to 490 for 1.5-2 hours, which includes in-class samples, organic ingredients, take home recipes and a Fido jar for future ferments.
- -Classes held based on demand, private sessions can be arranged.

RawMe Tofu – Raw Vegan/Raw Asian/Raw Western
- -Each class has a cuisine theme such as Italian or Thai but all dishes are 100% raw vegan.
- -HKD 500 for 2.5 hours. Most of the classes (and sign up forms) are in Chinese.
- -Regular class schedule available.

The Mixing Bowl: Gluten Free Baking/Sourdough Starter/ Healthy Baking (Sugar Free Muffins, Multigrain Bread)
- -Min 3 Pax, HKD 475 to 500 for 3 hours.
- -The Mixing Bowl has a host of other baking classes on their schedule but these are the three we have chosen that have a healthful twist.

Sesame Kitchen – Raw Vegan/GAPS Diet/Children’s Food/Miso Making
- HKD 680-880 for 2.5 to 3 hours including food tasting, recipe booklet and pre-made shopping lists.
- Sesame Kitchen offers a large variety of classes. On top of the above, there is raw chocolate making, baby foods, fermented drinks, fermented vegetables, fermented grains and raw pasta.
