We are a mother and son team in Hong Kong, teaching each other new things every day. We love to experiment and are self-taught. To best describe us we coined the term “Baking Maniac” because we are obsessed! Everything is freshly baked in our kitchen using the finest, organic ingredients sourced from all over the world.
