Pre- and postnatal fitness classes suitable for all levels. Prenatal classes designed to safely strengthen mum’s body for and after labour by combining strength training with mobility and balance components.
Postnatal classes designed to restore strength and function to the core and pelvic floor before safely returning to pre-baby sports and activities.
Classes available for both one-on-one personal training or small groups limited to four ladies. Sessions take place at a new, private studio located in Stanley Market. Sessions also available at a private studio in Sheung Wan.
