SharedSpace is a place for those who seek a friendly yoga community environment to explore new grounds - and for those who want to deepen their yoga movement practice adding on to what they already have. We teach a variety of classes, informed by different disciplines such as Dance, Yoga, Parkour and Strength Training. Many of the classes on our schedule work on specific skills, e.g. Acrobatics for Beginners teaches people how to go upside down safely and with confidence, and Strength Training helps with strength building. None of our classes stand alone to represent a complete, diverse physical practice, so we encourage students to learn draw from different teachers and classes at SharedSpace, to develop their personal practice in a unique way. Private sessions are available, as are classes in Cantonese.
