Masala Train

Chef Tiena Sekharan started Masala Train to show that Indian food is more than just comfort food but also a healthy cuisine rich in protein and fibre. Dishes are vegetable-heavy, made fresh, with high protein options and whole wheat tortillas and zero-sugar desserts (and no artificial sweeteners either). Freshness is key in everything.
