Mayse Artisan Bakery (previously Yanti's Organic Bakery) is a vegan bakery that bakes bread using an organic sourdough starter and organic ingredients. The breads are baked to order and are made using traditional Latvian recipes. You can order in advance and pick up in store. The bakery also offers semi-private bread baking workshops (max 4 people) including: sourdough bread making for beginners.
