Suananda Vegetarian Garden Kitchen
Located within a wellness centre, Suananda Kitchen is a quaint café serving up wholesome Indian food prepared with only organic ingredients. All their dishes fresh, light and healthy – and thanks to being cooked according to Ayurvedic principles, eating here will leave you feeling energized. Everything on the menu is vegetarian, but vegans don’t have to fret because every single item can be made fully plant-based too! You can pick a daily grain on offer – think quinoa, rye, barley, amaranth – and pair them with classic sides like poha and mint sauce. Come here to enjoy a plant-based take on authentic Indian delights such as traditional dosas and paranthas.

May Veggie Home
May Veggie Home is a 100% vegan restaurant serving fresh home-style Thai food made with quality ingredients. Their menu boasts a long list of Thai cuisine classics, from pad thai and papaya salad to khao pad, curries and tom yum! In addition to catering to the plant-based community, they are open to catering to other special dietary requirements such as gluten-free or jain. To complete your meal, you must try their baked vegan goods, Thai mango sticky rice dessert (a classic), and their very popular homemade durian ice-cream!

Broccoli Revolution
Since 2015, Broccoli Revolution has definitely revolutionised Bangkok’s vegan food scene. At the completely vegan restaurant and cold-pressed juice bar, diners can enjoy healthy yet delicious plant-based food that puts fresh vegetables in their rightful spotlight. They have a diverse menu, inspired from all around the world, so you’ll spot someone eating a Broccoli and Quinoa Charcoal Burger in one corner, and someone else delving into their Burmese Tea Leaves Salad in another.

Saravanaa Bhavan
The “world’s number 1 Indian chain”, Saravanaa Bhavan, now has a location in Bangkok, to serve the local plant-based community vegetarian and vegan Indian cuisine. You can swap out most of their dairy-based items with other dippings and replacements to make veganise almost everything on their menu. Diners have said that they serve up the best veggie take on traditional South Indian thali, so it’s definitely worth a visit.

Veganerie Concept
Veganerie Concept is a fully plant-based restaurant located behind Benjasiri Park, a welcome escape to the bustle of Bangkok city life. You can expect delicious vegan cakes and waffles in their sweet section, and for savoury, try their Full Vegan Breakfast. The dish is loaded with “bacon”, baked beans, vegan mayo, english muffin and stir fried veggies.

The All-You-Can-Eat Fruit Buffet at Baiyoke Sky Hotel
The Fruit Buffet at Baiyoke Sky Hotel is very popular among tourists and local Thai people alike – and for good reason too! All year round, this buffet spread is full of tropical fresh fruits as well as seasonal specials like the “King of Fruit”: Durian! The one and only of its kind in Bangkok, this is the place for fruit-lovers to go to enjoy mangoes, coconut, rambutan, longan, starfruit, tamarind, guava and many more, as well as fruit-themed ice creams, sorbets and juices. While you’re there, it’s also worth checking out the views from the 77th floor, as this is the tallest building in the capital!

Raw Food Cafe at Rasayana Retreat
Tucked inside Rasayana Retreat is a raw plant-based eatery that serves delicious international food that is totally unprocessed, unpasteurised and organic whenever possible. Made with only fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables, their creations – from salads to tacos, pizzas and “zoodles” (zucchini noodles) – are just as colourful as they are fingerlicking. Oh and don’t forget to try their raw vegan cake selection while you are there!

Seven Spoons
Seven Spoons is a modern gastro-bar offering scrumptious vegan food. Located not far from bustling Khao San Road, this restaurant feels miles from it with its minimalist rustic decór. While not completely strictly vegetarian, their menu boasts a wide range of clearly labelled vegan and veggie dishes, such as their Lentil, Beetroot and Avocado Salad and the Bean and Tempeh Chilli, as well as fingerlicking snacks like the Mushroom Fritti. They also have an impressive list of cocktails for diners to sample. What’s more to like is that their ingredients are sourced locally and organically whenever possible!
