Health Box

Looking to get Hong Kongers to improve their eating habits and physical well-being, Health Box has collaborated with Bless Cold-Pressed Juice to bring an enticing, healthful lunch combo. Grab a Health Box meal (choose from the low-carb plan or high protein selection) along with a raw juice to give your body that extra boost throughout the craziest of work days. Vegans and vegetarians, they have your back too! Input your dietary preference in the notes and the company will customize your lunch to your specific needs. Gymbox

A brand of ready-to-eat fitness meals for post workout nourishment, Gymbox makes for the perfect healthy lunch on a hectic workday. Pairing fresh, organic ingredients in all of their high protein, low-fat lunches, there is also a meatless option for vegetarians. Same day orders can be delivered within a one hour window, thanks to their delivery partners Deliveroo, foodpanda, and Uber Eats.

Cadobox

One of the newer lunch delivery service to hit the scene, Cadobox offers one of the tastiest healthy food menus. Offering gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian options in addition to lean meat options, there is something for everyone. We are particularly fond of their healthy take on Bangers and Mash (think free range, grain-fed pork with sweet potato mash with caramelized onions topped with a homemade balsamic vinegar and coconut sugar sauce): hearty without being overly filling! Cadobox has their own range but they also collaborate with eateries like MANA!, Nosh HK, and Bless Cold-Pressed Juice. Cadobox offers free delivery to select districts (and the rest of HK for a nominal fee) on Hong Kong island. With a daily changing lunch menu, it is recommended to order a day before to avoid any sellouts though you can order the morning of too!

Frensh

French and fresh, Frensh delivers gourmet meals using organic ingredients sourced locally (and importing through their dedicated European supply chain when necessary) and prepared by a team of dedicated French chefs. With different daily menus refreshed each week, Frensh caters to carnivores, pescatarians and vegetarians alike. Order only two days in advance for your healthy, homemade French fare.

The Munchtastic

The munch with a punch, locally-made organic salads is what Munchtastic is all about. Serving the freshest and crunchiest vegetables this side of Asia Pacific, the newest healthy lunch delivery company sources all their ingredients (from the greens to the dried fruit) from local, organic Hong Kong farmers. We had the pleasure of trying out their Garden Supreme salad topped with chicken over the weekend and oh my gah, it was good! With more salad options being added to the menu soon, Munchtastic offers free delivery to major Kowloon and HK island districts. Currently, orders must be placed two business days in advance, but be on the lookout for same day deliveries, which are launching soon.

AMGD

A popular online clean food delivery service from Singapore, AMGD (short for Ahhmahgawd) is launching in Hong Kong to break up the monotony of boring lunch boxes. Bringing over a few best-sellers from Singapore, their Hong Kong branch will also debut new, innovative and creative protein and vegan recipes exclusive to the 852. Pictured above is their insta-worthy Joker! featuring a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, pineapple slices, grapes, strawberries, balls of sweet potato coated with almond flakes and much, much more! Currently servicing HK island and Kowloon, orders must be placed one day in advance.
