This private kitchen focuses on Asian and Asian fusion vegan and vegetarian fare. The dinner set menu usually includes eight to nine courses and includes a variety of soups, rice dishes, noodles, dumplings, maki sushi, vegetable dishes and desserts. Art Veggies uses fresh, local and when possible organic produce to create their changing daily menu- seasonality plays a large part in their food philosophy so expect a lot of frequent menu updates.

Best For Gluten-Free Dining: Urban Health Home Kitchen
Run by Urban Health, the Urban Health Home Kitchen is a pop-up private kitchen specializing in gluten-free fare. In addition to being gluten free, they will design a personalized menu to meet any dietary requirement you have, making this a perfect choice for that gluten free vegan or nut free friend you can never find a good venue for. Chef Andy Kun specializes in Cantonese gluten free dishes but Urban Health Home Kitchen also offers a wide arrange of cuisines including Western menus. Chef Kun is also happy to demonstrate how to make the dishes for those interested in learning more about gluten free cooking. Best For Organic Gourmet Cantonese: Yin Yang Coastal
Located on a beautiful beach in Ting Kau Village in Western Tsuen Wan (yes, there are beaches there!), Yin Yang Coastal celebrates all that is fresh and local- the menu changes daily depending on what is available. The sophisticated dishes celebrate seasonal ingredients including wild caught seafood, local poultry, homemade organic sauces, and organic produce grown on Chef Margaret Xu’s own farm. Chef Xu focuses on Cantonese cuisine and bringing diners traditional flavors, preparations and dishes. Reservations can be made for meals of six to ten courses and for a lunch or dinner seating.

Best For Vegan Fine Dining Asian: Green Veggie
This Sheung Wan based private kitchen offers a vegan fine dining set menu. Featuring dishes that have all the flavor with none of the meat, plant-based private kitchen Green Veggie is a great option to convince naysayers who believe that meatless food is nothing more than ‘rabbit food.’ The restaurant mostly focuses on the Chinese vegetarian faux meat traditions for its dishes (without the icky preservatives), but they do have a few Western-inspired menu items as well.

Best For Light & Healthy Eastern European: Mantranz Private Kitchen
Chef and owner Vita Tomanek’s private kitchen is an intimate and cozy way to enjoy vegetarian cuisine with a Eastern European twist. Located in Jordan, Mantranz Private Kitchen offers set menus based on homestyle Eastern Bloc culinary traditions that includes Polish, Bulgarian and Czech dishes amongst others but with a focus on healthy, organic ingredients- things like buckwheat make star appearances.
